Courtney Riess is the Senior Corporate Office Manager of TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC. She comes from a long line of family owned small businesses and has taken part in many different functions during the early growth stages of many successful companies.

Courtney was first introduced to finance and managerial roles in 2001 as an Assistant Branch Manager for US Bancorp, in Wauwatosa, WI.

From there, she moved on to Office Manager at Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Franklin, WI in 2004. This being the first corporate owned HomeStore, Courtney took part in writing many of the Standard Operating Procedures used by the HomeStores today. During her six years with Ashley, Courtney was promoted to Assistant Operations Manager, with new responsibilities ranging from new store openings, accounts payable, payroll processing, vendor contracts, and setting retail pricing.

In June of 2010 Courtney was brought on at TopHAT to manage the Corporate Office with duties such as human resources, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, third party purchasing, vendor relations, and company promotions.
