Regional Operations Manager

Regional Operations Manager

Started in the transportation industry in 1985 when I joined the UPS team as a seasonal hire. After peak season, I was rehired to a permanent loader at the Oakland airport. I held different positions in several departments such as part time belt supervisor, ramp supervisor, load planning supervisor, safety supervisor, industrial engineering supervisor. Was promoted to senior operations trainer where I assisted with the opening of Ontario, Dallas, Anchorage and Rockford airport terminals. Went on to Dean Foods from there and became the Regional Distribution manager overseeing 13 managers and 250 drivers. Played an integral part in moving the company from being in the red to escalating it to be in the black in one year. Joined the TopHat team in August 2017 as an OCM in the Oakland MF facility.
